Production process
1)FORGED BLANKS
According to customer drawings, we order the forged blanks from qualified suppliers.
2)Q+T
3)HARDENING (FINAL HEAT-TREATMENT)
4)TEMPERING
The major purpose is to remove the residual stress and make the barrel hardness to achieve target value.
5)FINAL MACHINING
